    ABOUT THE ROLE

    We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking AI Agentic Developer to join our growing AI practice. In this role you will design, build and deploy AI agent systems that autonomously reason, plan and execute complex tasks on behalf of our clients — across industries including fintech, healthtech, e-commerce and professional services.

    You will work closely with our founders and client teams to translate business problems into intelligent agentic solutions — using the latest LLM frameworks, orchestration tools and real-world deployment patterns. This is a high-impact, highly visible role with significant autonomy and direct exposure to a wide range of client environments.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Design and build AI agent architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI and custom orchestration layers
    • Develop multi-agent systems capable of autonomous planning, tool use and complex reasoning across client workflows
    • Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, RAG pipelines and business systems
    • Build and maintain AI agentic testing workflows using autonomous test agents for QA across client projects
    • Collaborate with clients to identify agentic AI use cases and translate them into working systems
    • Stay at the frontier of agentic AI research and bring emerging techniques into production
    • Contribute to internal tooling, agent templates and reusable agentic frameworks
    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
    • 3+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year focused on LLM applications or AI agent development
    • Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks — LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar
    • Strong Python skills and experience building production AI systems
    • Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding pipelines
    • Experience integrating LLMs via OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or open-source model APIs
    • Ability to design systems that are reliable, observable and maintainable in production
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience with AI agentic testing and autonomous QA systems
    • Familiarity with multi-modal models and vision-language agents
    • Experience deploying agents in cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure)
    • Contributions to open-source AI or agentic frameworks
